Engineering Surveying

We are a highly efficient team of experienced Professional Land & Engineering Surveyors specializing in the construction and engineering industry.
We do construction project setting out, as-built surveys, cadastral surveys, civil setting out and topographical surveys. We specialize in ensuring high accuracy construction in high rise developments.
We ensure that setting out are within the specifications of Architects, Engineers and Municipalities. Our reputation is built on the integrity of our measurements.
We focus on accuracy, so you can focus on construction.
Engineering And Construction Surveys
We do setting-out of buildings, roads and civil services. After construction we do as-built surveys to check if construction was done to specifications.
Cadastral Surveys
Beacon Relocations: When you don’t know where your property boundary is, or if there is a dispute with your neighbour, we can show you where the legally correct boundary position is according to the Surveyor General Data.
- Subdivisions: We divide your property, so you can sell the portions.
- Sectional Titles: We create separate ownership of units or sections within a complex or development.
- Servitudes: We register a right over the property of another. For example, a right of way servitude.
- General Plans: When a new township is established we create a subdivision with several land pieces, instead of individual diagram.
Topographical Surveys
We do topographical detail surveys to enable the engineer or architect to determine where the position and elevation of topography and assets are on the land. The delivered CAD product enables new design with ease in respect of the existing property attributes.
As-Built Surveys
We do measurements after construction to check if the design integrity were maintained throughout construction.
Plan Compilation
We present our topographic, as-built, volume and cadastral plans in elegant drawings in .pdf and .dwg formats.
Quantities & Volume Audits
We calculate stock pile volumes, or the volume of concrete poured on a surface. We survey before and after the alteration to calculate the difference in volume.
